ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Data entry for the pre-processing and processing of checks and payment schedules, including but not limited to the organization and setting up of batches and sub-batches
  •  Address changes for members, non-members, loan-out corporations
  • Filing, alphabetizing and sorting returned mail, changed address paperwork and other departmental documents as required
  • Performer research and sending out Locate Actor Letters
  • Assist with other projects as needed

 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Demonstrate effective skills in the use of PC applications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and/or Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Oracle a plus

  • Basic skills:  spelling, math, grammar and filing – passing score: 76%
  • 10-Key test
  • Typing test 35 WPM 
  • Word test (basic) – passing score: 76%
